Outreach sessions provide an unique opportunity for the children to handle real artefacts in their own environment. This give them a deeper understanding of what it was like to live in the past by looking at the personal history behind the objects. We offer 45 minutes sessions about: * Farming * Fenland * Stones and Bones * Toys from the past * Homes from the past * Washday * French perspective of WWII
We will discuss with you during the booking process to ensure that we fully capture the individual learning needs and requirements of your class.
The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey is a fantastic resource for studying the past but also to understand the continuity with the present.
